Booking:

We require a credit card on file to hold an appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Our clients depend on us to take care of their skin and invest our time in taking care of it. As a small business we depend on our clients as well. We request the same care and and respect for our time from our clients. We understand that emergencies arise. We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

If the appointment is canceled 24 hours before the appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Clients will need to pay the cancellation fee before scheduling their next appointment.

No-Show Policy:

100% of appointment fee will be charged for no show appointments. Clients will need to pay the no show fee before scheduling their next appointment.

Late-Arrivals:

If our clients show up late for their appointment we will do our best to accommodate them. However, we will still end the appointment at the scheduled time and our client will be charged the full price of the appointment. We need to honor the practitioners time and the client that is to follow them.

Refunds:

Services: We work hard to provide our clients with a quality experience. We do not offer refunds for services. If you are unhappy for any reason with the services please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Products: We only sell professional grade products. Sometimes if the product is not being used properly you may not be getting the result you are after. Please contact us for a product conversation to see if the product is being used properly. We offer a refund on products within 30 days of purchase as long as 75% of the product is still left in the bottle.

Children:

We love children but there are plenty of situations inside the treatment room that might not be safe for them. Hot steam, hot wax machines, electrical cords and  products for peels. We ask our clients to please find a sitter for the safety of your child. If there is an emergency please let us know ahead of time and we will see what we can do to work things out.

Pets:

We love our furry friends but unfortunately the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology does not love them inside of a professional skin care setting. Under federal law we will allow a trained service animal.

Important: Please note emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under the Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please leave these loving little ones at home. The treatment room is not a safe place for our furry friends.

Thank you for your understanding, and working with us to provide the best skin care services possible.
